Market capitalisation at IPO

Cenkos advised Calnex throughout the IPO process, completing in October 2020. During marketing, the institutional demand for Calnex’s investment proposition outweighed initial expectations. By securing clear feedback from investors, a revised approach was taken which resulted in the size of the fund raising increasing to a level in excess of the initial valuations.

Post IPO, Calnex’s maiden interim results reported a strong performance, bolstering institutional investor interest and further driving share price performance. Cenkos continued to act as a trusted link between the company and institutional investors, guiding Calnex as its market capitalisation grew to over £100m within six months of becoming a publicly traded company.

Calnex received “The Best Newcomer” award at the 2021 AIM Awards.

Calnex Solutions designs, produces and markets test instrumentation and solutions for network synchronisation and network emulation, enabling its customers to validate the performance of the critical infrastructure associated with the telecoms networks. Founded in 2006, it is headquartered in Linlithgow, Scotland, with additional locations in Belfast, Northern Ireland and California in the US, supported by sales teams in China and India.
