Cenkos announces its Financial Annual Results for the year ended 31 December 2009

Cenkos Securities announces that, acting in its capacity as Nomad and Broker to Providence Resources plc, it has raised £14.4 million through a placing of new ordinary shares at 3.2p per share from new and existing institutional shareholders.

to a new London listed investment trust, Fidelity China Special Situations PLC.
The new company will be managed by Anthony Bolton, one of the most successful investors
of his generation. The Company is targeting a capital raising of up to £650m

East Income, it has raised £18.7m through a placing of new ordinary shares at 289.47p
per share, representing a two per cent premium to the net asset value.
