Corporate Finance
Cenkos currently has a team of corporate finance professionals focused on the UK markets and providing
corporate finance advice to small and mid-cap companies across a variety of industry sectors, including
leisure, mining, property, technology, business services, insurance, environmental, other financials, retail,
building and construction and engineering. These services to corporate clients include advising on the
raising of equity finance (both in the public and private markets); advising on corporate transactions
including mergers and acquisitions, disposals and restructurings; and advising on clients' communications
with the relevant exchange and regulatory bodies. Since inception, the Company has raised in excess of
£3 billion in equity financing for its corporate clients and, in addition, has advised on a number of other
completed corporate transactions.
The Company was granted NOMAD status on 13 May 2005, allowing it to act as Nominated Adviser in relation
to companies seeking admission to, and traded on, AIM, and it currently acts as NOMAD to a broad selection
of companies. The Company was subsequently granted its sponsor status from the UK Listing Authority on 4
August 2006, enabling it to act as sponsor to companies listed on the Official List. The Group does not
currently provide underwriting services, although the future provision of such services is subject to ongoing
review.
Our Directors' and Partners' wide corporate and institutional network ideally positions us to identify
opportunities for corporate activity and funding on behalf of our clients.
Our team's experience covers a broad range of sectors and transactions.
